Facilities Available in Chandrans Feeds

The plant has a capacity to produce 10 tons per hour.
The plant is equipped with autobatching with a facility to weigh, grind and mix 13 different ingredients.
This facility ensures that every kilo of feed is produced with the accurate measurement of each ingredient according to given formula.
The Autobagging & auto stitching facility of the feedmill ensures that every bag of feed that is bagged is weighed and stitched with accurate weighment so that every customer gets accurate weighment of feed.
In addition, The inhouse 60 ton weigh bridge serves that the quantum of feed given to customers rechecked.
The reverse airpurging unit ensure that the dusty components of the feed donot create breathing problems for the feedmill workers. In addition, the raw material elevator ensures that workers donot have to carry heavy loads to the top floors of the feedmill. All the belts and chains of the gearboxes are covered to ensure that the feedmill workers are not endangered while working. All the motors and elevators are accessible by walk. The workers donot have to risk climbing heights for maintenance work.
The magnets provided in the elevator chutes ensure that no metal particles enter the feed.
